Brief Description:The main objective of this project was to identify the reasons that may have political, administrative and development implications for the inequitable growth and development in rural Karachi. Keeping this main objective in mind, there was awareness raised in rural Karachi to improve the situation. This was done through capacity building of local communities by various methods including Community Score Card where all three Goths were gathered together to improve the issues of each. The communities would engage the relevant area political representatives and government agencies in a process of dialogue and consultation that would be facilitated by Shehri-CBE. Through this diagnostic analytical study, the communities of rural Karachi are empowered to ensure their social accountability
